I like my first attempt, but I want to add more and actually send it to this person. I have a feeling this is going to be a good Monday at work.
Anna’s ficticious response:
I’m pouring milk on you. I went with the skim milk today over the 2%, as I’ve been trying to watch my figure for my upcoming role in The Flintstones, playing Fred’s sidekick Barney. I’m pouring the milk slowly, deliberately, as to not splash on the cold, granite countertops. The Cheerios rise up slowly, yet I do not see your tiny body, thrashing wildly in the cold, white liquid. I dip my spoon into the cereal, without looking into the bowl of tiny, symmetrical whole grain rings. I am distracted by the newspaper, damn, it’s gonna be a hot one tomorrow! I better mow the lawn today and not tomorrow! I keep eating, every last Cheerio, in hopes of finishing before they go too soggy.
